"I wanted to let you know how useful the Rule Book and Study Group CD's are. I spend most of the pre season working in the Rule Book. Specifically with the rules I struggled with during previous tests. The menu is easy to navigate which makes the CD a good learning tool.

The CD section which is position specific allow me to focus on visually viewing plays that I may see. The Study Group CD allows me to see plays that would take years to view in person. "We are the HANNOVER STAMPEDERS AMERICAN FOOTBALL CLUB of Hanover, Germany. We are an amateur organization, which was founded in Oct. 1992. Since then, we have taught many new officials the game of football. Up until last year, we could only use the translated NCAA rule book. When I found (Rulebooks.Com), I ordered the rulesbook CD for the first time and worked on it with our Officials. We were impressed with the additional videos and how easy it was to teach the field rulings by watching the videos.
All of our official here have been waiting eagerly for the 2003 CD. Since we have it now, we have started to teach for the upcoming season. Different than the USA, a German football official has to be able to perform all positions on the field.
