"I wanted to let you know how useful the Rule Book and Study Group CD's are. I spend most of the pre season working in the Rule Book. Specifically with the rules I struggled with during previous tests. The menu is easy to navigate which makes the CD a good learning tool.
"Your best CD in my opinion is the study group CD. I try to use it daily during the season. Many a lunch break is spent reviewing plays. The CD section which is position specific allow me to focus on visually viewing plays that I may see. The Study Group CD allows me to see plays that would take years to view in person. I can think of instances which I viewed plays on CD then 'lived' them during a game. Thanks for putting the CD's together, they really help."
Craig Falkner, Deep Official, Mountain West Conference, N. Las Vegas, NV

"Greg:
I have been using your Rulebook and Studyguide CD's since 2000. I just want you to know what a big help that they have been to me. I use them to give programs at our chapter meetings (the videos are great attention grabbers and the members like them), and I use them when I give presentations to coaches. The Tips and Tricks CD is also a big help in learning how to get more out of the CD's.
Thanks again for your products."

"We are the HANNOVER STAMPEDERS AMERICAN FOOTBALL CLUB of Hanover, Germany. We are an amateur organization, which was founded in Oct. 1992. Since then, we have taught many new officials the game of football. Up until last year, we could only use the translated NCAA rule book. When I found (Rulebooks.Com), I ordered the rulesbook CD for the first time and worked on it with our Officials. We were impressed with the additional videos and how easy it was to teach the field rulings by watching the videos.
All of our official here have been waiting eagerly for the 2003 CD. Since we have it now, we have started to teach for the upcoming season. Different than the USA, a German football official has to be able to perform all positions on the field.
Therefore, it is very helpful to take in the action taught by the rulebook and see the videos."
Ronnie Rucker, Hanover, Germany

"You've heard the saying 'Seeing is believing.' Well, Rulebooks.Com clearly . . . to the point, it brings the written rule to life. Reading a rule and applications is one thing, but seeing it makes it clear and hard to forget the 'Picture' you see for future reference."
Eddy Powers, Field Judge, Southeastern Conference, Knoxville, TN

"I got my money's worth from the football CD (especially when one considers that it's a business expense on Schedule C). I consider myself very knowledgeable about the rules, but (despite more than 20 years of Division I officiating) the rule I'm looking for never seems to be where I think it is in the Rule Book. Using the search function on the CD is much faster and easier than searching the printed version of the NCAA Football Rules. The film clips are a great way to illustrate applications of the rules."
"I certainly plan to order the 2002 version."
Paul Jones, Conference USA Official, Indianapolis, IN

"The Rulebooks CD has been awesome! It's taken my rules study to a new level. Working back and forth between the actual rules text, the clips and interactive question and answers has been...fun... The difference is like going from the Flintstones to the Jetsons! Educationally, there is nothing better than actual video footage to illustrate the complexity of some of the rules, and level of understanding needed for the judgments we have to make on the field in a relatively short period of time. Thanks again!"

"The disc is not only a handy study tool, I also was able to use the word search feature to help in my writing of a couple of football rules articles for Referee Magazine. Add the videos, and you will have the best resource available. Keep up the good work."
Victor Firth, Texas Association of Sports Officials, El Paso Chapter Football Officials, El Paso, TX

"I purchased the 2000 Rulebooks .Com CD last spring and was amazed at the clarity and easy to read verbiage and graphics. It really helped that areas were broken down by various color combinations which made for a smooth transition from rule to rule and section to section. I don't know why it took so long to adapt the CD technology to the NCAA rule book, but I am happy that Mr. Keller has produced this valuable tool. I recommend the CD to anyone at any level of collegiate officiating interested in improving their rule knowledge and understanding of the game."
Ken Rivera, Referee, Mountain West Conference, Fresno, CA

"I had the pleasure of being one of your first customers and have really enjoyed the disk. It has been very resourceful when a question has arisen. I'll be glad when the new up to date ones come out next year with (more) video(s) on them. The video along with the quick find was and is a very helpful tool in developing my skills as a referee. Again, thank you for this unique CD."
Sammy Chambless, Referee, Gulf Coast Chapter Football Officials, Brazoria, TX

". . . I just wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed using your Rulebooks CD-ROM this season. I can honestly say that after twenty-three (23) years officiating Major College Division I Football in the Atlantic Coast Conference, this is the best study and reference tool we have ever had, and it's so easy to use. Can't wait for the Digitized Video of the 2000 Season. Keep up the good work. . ."
Charlie Neely, Linesman, Atlantic Coast Conference, Greensboro, NC
